The collection consists of newspaper clippings, mainly 1960 but also 1970s, a few 1980s, about Lincoln, including news reports, features, editorials, commemorative events; from Chicago, Springfield, and Springfield-area newspapers; glued or laid into a commercially produced 'Scrapbook' by Western Publishing Co., with cover image of two puppies.
